Not only does it cause BSODs, it does it when the computer boots, so the only way to fix it is for an IT guy to physically go to every single machine to fix them individually.

She doesn't have to quit even if the disease kills her ability to sing, Yagoo would gladly keep her and the fans will never cease their support. But knowing the nips and knowing women, there's a very high chance that being unable to sing will make her want to quit.
In a way I can sorta understand it, a prideful sort of control over your destiny where you choose to go out in glory instead of slowly and painfully rotting away into a shell of your former self, being unable to recapture your old glory.
