Also I would like to clarify she can like idol stuff but still be unwilling to commit to doing it full time. I'm not exactly sure what holo's stance is on maintaining fitness but I do know there's almost always a training rush to be ready for FES and other such events if my Rrat is even slightly correct she may have no been willing to commit even if shes was willing to participate.

Hi guys. This compilation of Gura was put together just hours after hearing the heartbreaking news that Gura will be graduating from Hololive World.
I was enjoying a well-deserved break today, while scrolling through my phone for inspiration for my next animation, I stumbled upon the news that our beloved Gura would be saying her goodbyes. The shock and sadness hit me all at once. Gura has always been my favorite Hololive member to animate, her voice, her personality, everything about her has brought so much joy to this channel.
Many of my most-watched animations feature Gura, and she has not only made me laugh but has also motivated me to keep creating, knowing that people love her fun and energetic spirit. Her presence has been a huge part of my journey as an animator, helping me reach milestones I never thought possible.
With a heavy heart, this may be the last video that I will be posting featuring our beloved Shark Tail, Gwart Gura.
Gura, thank you for the joy, the energy, and the smiles you've given us. Your impact has been immeasurable, and I truly wish you peace and happiness in your next adventure. Thank you for the inspiration—and may we all continue to seek the happiness and peace of mind that we cherish in life.
Why do people act as if going public was the main cause for talents leaving?
We have had talents leave LONG BEFORE Cover went public (Sana and some Homos)
We also have talents talk about wanting to leave even before Cover went public (Calli and Moona)
Like legitimately, what proof do we have that going public was Cover's downfall? Yagoo has been on the record multiple times that going public was the only way for Hololive to grow into what it is today - are people really saying they would have rather Hololive died in 2023 rather than be the behemoth it is today?

Phase isn't the paragon of a perfect company. Hololive wasn't and people never pretended it was.
Why does every Vtuber corp reject kiss on Sakana's ass and proclaim Phase to be the end all of Vtubing? How does he do it?

The west has a very long history of companies being ruined by IPO, people already know all of the steps to it ruining their favorite things, so westoids always get an aneurysm when it happens and instantly doom.
I still think this is merely talents discovering that leaving isn't gonna kill them and a bunch of the ones that have been on the fence for a while just pushing the button.
Methinks the niggo needs to stick to drawing 4/10 Pippa porn instead of having opinions on topics he doesn't know jack shit about.

IMO appearing to be heavily-bulliable is unironically a decent part of it.
Phase is far from the only vtuber agency where the CEO is very much a public figure and a part of shaping the company's image, hell, Yagoo probably was that before Fish even started, but Sakana, from my personal impression at least, tops the ranking of "can take the most banter from his talents". Outsiders see the girls openly chastising Sakana and making fun of his turbocharged autism and shape their perspective of Phase's inner workings based on these interactions - which is obviously incorrect, as from what we've heard of Phase's actual inner workings, while Sakana is turbo-autistic, he's also fairly ruthless and goal-oriented, and nobody in the company actually forgets that he's the boss.
But the facade of "the girls are free to just shoot shit and banter with their CEO" is too alluring for many to look any deeper.

The thing is, he actually does seem to be both turbo autistic and driven, while also being seemingly chill enough as a boss, somehow his autism can juggle being both considering he has received seemingly honest praise from talents
The first year indicated very clearly that he isnt perfect, but he has either chilled out or actively listens to whatever people he hired to wrangle talents
