My own personal rrat is that Sakana didn't tell his wife he was getting a dog and she disapproved of it upon finding out, so the dog is, in fact, permanently stuck in Japan now. Would be on brand for him.

If i recall correctly, some vaccination/certification stuff needed to be done to fly the dog out of JP, so until it was time for that, Sakana left the dog to Clara, and then just didn't come back to JP for a while lmao so Clara's been going "take your fucking dog already" for some time now.

Clara is bowing out of tomorrow's REPO collab due to health concerns for Sakana's dog. Said concerns have been the case for a while, so, y'know, rrat responsibly.

That can be debunked with a pair of eyes.
