Half Life 1 came out in 95(?). Around the same year as Mario 64. It's retro and a boomer shooter. Half Life 2 is debatable because despite being a game from 2004 the various source engine updates and general timelessness keep it feeling like it's from the 2010s. Raising the bar and all that.
