Most don't seem to know the "auto" setting is stupid delayed in changing quality when it comes to live streams on youtube.

The problem was they were comparing the Twitch feed with just her standard model and a plain background, against the YouTube feed with a video playing in the background and lighting effects on the model. The latter uses up far more of the allocated bitrate than the former since there's more colours changing from one frame to the next, so it's more likely to be affected by the compression.
