young-teenager: eat like shit because your hormones and metabolism will burn it off.
20-50 y/o: eat healthy and maintain a balanced diet with the occasional treat. Because the growing period is over and you actually have to take care of your body.
50+: Treat yourself. Eat moderately healthy while also being able to enjoy junk food. Because you will die in like 20-30 years anyway.
