Also a few weeks back, Kiara mentioned that there is a guy who is overall responsible for Myth as a whole (Kiara likes him because he buys her gifts) so there are probably some more full gen managers for Promise and Advent and Justice too.

This is ofc simplified and I am probably missing some steps, but yeah this is the base of it as far as I could tell. I do feel like the Myth director and Jenma do different work so I didn't want to put them above each other. The guy probably more looks at project management for the Gen as a whole and kinda steers the whole Gen in a more or less coherent way. Its kinda difficult to tell what he even does.
Ofc it gets more complicated when there is a specific project, like for example for the 3D Birthday Lives Kiara also communicates with a 3D Director and the department of 3D stage design so that they can make a custom stage for her. But iirc she did that stuff with the help of Jenma and Ponma (in training) last year, so the talent managers are also there involved in some capacity.
The Chart for Calli and her Management must look even more like a mess because the monster that is UMG will also be on there.

But the fact that Alex left hololive and found a bigger position in the same month + VShojo being Vshojo would lead me to believe it's a direct poach, rather than him getting fired. VShojo is a group of indie btw.
Also no wonder the new VShojo JP gen felt like Hololive in its recruitment, they literally poached Hololive staff.
