I was thinking the same since Inna's 3d performance at 3rd fes.. I'll be nice to the takodachi and not say my first mental image and let's enjoy this 3d debut.
The tracking and movement is super good with Ina 3D. Like what they did with the tentacles too not being attached but like summoned through a portal.
For context, both of them asked her to do the worm. Of which she refused to even try to do lol.

Ina's still cute as all hell though so it's okay.
I know for sure Subaru IRL is a tall one, although JP standards so that still could mean average size US. Everyone else is some variety of small, from comically to microscopic.

Either Mel is giant, they shrunk Ina/grew Mel, or the giantess rrat was wrong.
Edit: I think they shrank Ina. When she and Lamy hugged, Lamy went way up and Ina went down lol
Ina's 3d has been perfection so far.
