Game audio, with its sound effects and music, was too loud and interfering with the good music Pippa was playing. Tried to tell her, but something is screwy on her end and she said game audio wasn't selected on her OBS. Others tell her the bgm is too loud (I assume they meant game bgm). She thinks they meant the music, and turns it down. Now the good music is too low and the game audio is still on.
